poor service safety issue
the staff at the bar were friendly, especially cynthia and marina. my room also had a great view of the skyline.
The customer service was not great from the start. a million things were listed without any space to understand or ask questions. housekeeping walked into my room twice despite the do not disturb sign. One time was when i was getting changed, it did not.

dust missing amenities
The location was acceptable, about a ten-minute walk to the boardwalk.
The family room was not properly cleaned, it was disappointing. I found dust in several areas and the floor felt sticky, it was unpleasant. I also found that the promised amenities were missing and I had to call multiple times to get them delivered, I find this unacceptable.

nice hotel near the port
nice design clean room rooftop pool perfect location
the lobby has nice design. check in was easy. i liked the quickness. our room was clean with good beds. air conditioning worked well, i needed it. the rooftop pool isn't deep. i liked it was fun. location works. its near the port. i walked to parties.
the staff not cute when i arrived. they said the hotel too big. they didn't call me when the room ready.

I stayed in a privilege junior suite. It provided great space. The welcome amenity included champagne with Lindt and H10 chocolates, quite exclusive. The lounge offered snacks, sandwiches, beer and wine throughout the day.
I think advance reservations for the spa are necessary. The spa is very popular. This made it difficult to book at short notice!

The hotel location is practical with easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel is about a half-hour walk through a park into the Gothic Quarter, a pleasurable experience. Several bars and cafés are in the immediate area.
